Jhay C is a gold-record–certified ARIA Charts and U.S. Billboard producer and songwriter with extensive experience across the global music industry. An elite producer at Sydney’s iconic Studios 301 for six years, Jhay C has collaborated with some of Australia’s most respected artists, including Guy Sebastian, Chris Sebastian, Young Divas, Anthony Callea, and Shannon Noll.
He has participated in high-profile songwriting camps hosted by Sony, Warner, and Universal Music in both Sydney and Los Angeles, and has more recently contributed to multiple international K-pop projects.Jhay C is the Creative Director of sync label Hit Music Lab under Warner Chappell Production Music worldwide. His music has been featured across major film and television productions, including Love Island (Australia and USA), He’s All That (Netflix), Love is Blind (Netflix), Logan (starring Hugh Jackman), Home and Away, and Neighbours. His music is consistently licensed by leading global networks and brands such as Channel 9, NBC, WWE, NBA, Disney, Fox, and Netflix.
With over 30 years of mentoring, co-writing, and producing experience across LA, Sydney, and Melbourne, Jhay C brings a deep understanding of artist development and the commercial music landscape. He has played a key role in supporting artists who have gone on to succeed in major vocal competitions, including The Voice, Australia’s Got Talent, and The X Factor. He co-wrote and produced his first ARIA Top 4 and gold-certified hit, “Beautiful” by Sarah De Bono, during the inaugural season of The Voice Australia.
